The Dinner Party

Enjoy an ice cold glass of Prosecco on arrival and make your way to your table for the evening.
 
Begin with sharing plates for the table – corn fritters, fresh ceviche and padrón peppers, all packed with flavour. Followed by a platter of delicious dishes designed to savour and share, served alongside fresh, vibrant sides.
 
Dessert is served in the ‘Rum Room’, with rum infused treats, indulgent sweets and hot dipping chocolate.
 
To drink, choose from our extensive drinks menus or try some exciting rum creations from our exclusive Dinner Party cocktail menu.

Dinner Party Under Palms

As you dine, our resident DJ and live saxophone set the energy and soundtrack for a lively evening.
 
After your meal, enjoy a special off-menu Daiquiri, crafted to your taste by your bartender, before the night takes over. Then continue the party at your table or head downstairs to the dancefloor – the choice is yours.
