What about if we just want drinks?
You are more than welcome to just enjoy drinks. We accept bookings for larger groups and always keep plenty of space for walk-ins. 

 

Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! We always keep tables back for walk-in guests. 

 

Can we extend our lunch time booking into the evening?
If there is availability, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact the reservations team in advance. 

 

Do your restaurants serve Halal meat?
Yes we do

 

You are fully booked on my requested date & time, is there any way I can get a table?
Yes, we quite often receive cancellations, so please do contact the reservations team & we will do our best to accommodate you. Alternatively, we have walk in tables available which are assigned on a first come, first served basis. 

 

Does all my party need to arrive at the booking time?
We ask that all of your party arrives within a 15-minute window of your allocated reservation time. We will do our best to seat latecomers but cannot guarantee entry. If you are running late, please call the team on site using the telephone number provided in your confirmation email. 

 

Someone in my party will arrive after the 15-minute window, is this ok?
If you have one or two people who might be a little later, please speak to the hosts on arrival & they will do their best to accommodate them. 

 

We are running late for our booking! What shall we do?
Don’t worry we hold tables for 15 minutes. Please give the team on site a call via the telephone number in your confirmation email & they will hold the table for you. 

 

I think I have lost something at your venue, who do I contact?
Please contact the team on supervisor@palmhouselondon.co.uk who will assist with your enquiry.

 

We kindly remind all our guests that we do not accept responsibility for any lost or misplaced property. Thank you for your understanding

 

Are you wheelchair accessible? 
Yes, we are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Including toilet facilities. If you require any special assistance, please do let us know in advance.  

 

Can I bring my baby/child with me?
We welcome children with open arms. We reserve the right to request identification from you and your guests. The right of admission is reserved. Please note we operate a 18 and above policy on Saturdays.  

 

Do you have high chairs?
Yes, we do have highchairs available. You can either request this when booking or ask the host on arrival. 

 

Can I bring a pushchair/buggy with me?
Yes, please let us know in advance & we will arrange for you to have a table with a little more space around it. 

 

We are celebrating an occasion; can we decorate our table? 
Yes! Balloons & banners most welcome but please no confetti or sparklers. 

 

Can I bring my dog with me? 
Small well-behaved dogs on a lead are welcome in the Outdoor Terrace area.  Unfortunately, dogs aren’t able to join you indoors in our bar or restaurant area.

 

Does your restaurant cater for allergies & intolerances?
Yes, please make us aware in advance if you have a severe allergy so that we can ensure the team are aware. Please be advised that while we will always take the utmost care, as a commercial kitchen we are unable to guarantee against cross contamination in our kitchens or supply chains. 

 

Can I run a tab?
Yes, you can run a tab, but this needs to be pre-arranged & can only be used at the bar for drinks. Please contact the reservations team if you would like to run a tab. 

 

Do you have a dress code?
We operate a casual dress code policy during during the week. Saturday evenings are an opportunity to dress to impress for the occasion with a smart, chic and elegant dress code on Saturday evenings. We request that guests do not wear tracksuit bottoms, shorts, hoods, caps, flip flops or sportswear. Any decision of admission will be entirely at the discretion of the management.  

 

Can we hire the venue exclusively?
Yes! If you would like more information about this, please visit our Events page. 

 

I have a suitcase/bike/kitchen sink with me, do you have somewhere I can store this?
Unfortunately, we do not have any space to store large items – Sorry! 

 

Can I smoke on site?
Yes, we have a designated smoking area. 

 

Do you accept AMEX? 
Yes, we accept all cards, including AMEX. 

 

Do you play music?
Yes! We have atmospheric music playing in the background. We have Djs playing on certain evenings and at the weekend too.  Head to our What’s On pages for latest updates 

 

Can we dance?
Absolutely! 

 

Is there somewhere I can park?
There is parking available in local public car parks.

What happens when I arrive?
Please find the reservations desk & they will direct you to your table & be on hand to help you with any requirements. 

 

Do you have table service? 
Our restaurant offers table service.  Our bars are self-service. If you need any help with a large order, our team on site will help where possible. 

 

Can I run a tab?
We’re able to run tabs from the table as well as the bar.

 

What time do you close?
Our current closing times are listed the home page of the website. The bars close 30 minutes before the venue closes
